Your information,
handled with care.

When you send a project enquiry, Launch Video Studios uses your name, email, business details and brief to respond and plan the work you request.

Your project

Project information is available to the people assigned to your production. Your member area shows your own projects and the versions released for your review. Production notes and business records stay within the team.

Your videos

Submitting a brief or approving a video does not give us permission to publish it in our portfolio. We agree any public use separately.

Your choices

You can ask the team handling your project to correct your information or discuss access, retention and deletion. We retain records needed to deliver the project and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
